Randall is a Senior Principal in our Phoenix office with an accomplished record of leading multimillion-dollar projects for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients. He is a fast-paced, innovative, and outcome-oriented change agent, significantly improving project performance and client satisfaction. Using his exceptional vision and ability to identify and develop change strategies, solve problems, and monitor the efficiency of changes has led to exceeding client expectations. He is experienced in information technology strategy, technology and systems consulting, manufacturing, government, healthcare, financial services, high tech, and real estate. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from The University of La Verne in La Verne, California. He resides in Queen Creek, Arizona. Away from work, Randall enjoys fine woodworking, golf, and RVing. He volunteers and helps lead the Campus Safety Team at his church.
