The Solution

Together apart

In today’s world where our immediate concern is mitigating the spread and impact of COVID-19, we are also yearning for a sense of normalcy. Freeman engaged Allata, to create a live digital experience that would supply the same sense of engagement and closeness as previously done at in-person events, virtually. Allata supplied Freeman with the technical capability to evaluate commercially available features, competitor software, and the possibility to integrate a suite of apps and features to provide a new digital experience. Allata assembled a team with the talent to help tackle the design considerations for the digital event experience that was accessible via web and mobile for intensive participation, to support near real-time language translation with synchronized AV and optimized for the best experience.

The Results

The future is Freeman

In just eight short weeks Allata helped Freeman successfully launch their custom digital event experience, allowing them to pivot their business from physical events hosted in facilities with live interaction, to a true digital event hosted entirely online. Since the launch, clients have hosted and managed membership access for over 6,000 attendees. Registrants can now chat, or voice interact with event speakers and even experience the live stream broadcasts translated in their native language, real-time.

The pandemic has created opportunities for a true digital renaissance and Allata is proud to work with an organization with an eye towards digital and virtual innovation.
