Stephen Duffy

Stephen Duffy is a Vice President responsible for Industries, Strategic Initiatives, and Houston Allatians. He leverages 30+ years of experience to develop sound strategies, redefine business and operating models, optimize operational performance, engineer organic and in-organic growth, and architect and deliver on technology-enabled innovation. Stephen has led numerous game-changing efforts for clients in the healthcare, energy, new energy, high tech, and environmental services industries, and has held several c-suite or equivalent positions in early-stage businesses. He thrives at making sense out of the complex, understanding and integrating diverse perspectives, and driving strategic thinking through all that he does. His recent work includes digital transformation, M&A, process automation, AI/ML, and software selection. Stephen resides in the Houston area with his wife, has two college-aged children, and holds an MBA from Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BS from Carnegie Mellon.
